This course delivers the requirements to receive an RCI training certificate and meets the training requirements for students to apply for the ICF's ACC credential. Coaching hours are acquired through our programs; however, it is incumbent upon the participant to complete and submit all pertinent ICF credential requirements with their applications. This is a 60-hour training program delivered virtually. It is an ICF Level I accredited training.

Coaching for Impact I (for managers of people) - This program is a subset of our Coaching for Impact I program. It delivers the fundamentals of coaching for the those that wish to incorporate coaching into their daily responsibilities as a manager, as well as throughout the performance management and development process.

Coaching hours are acquired through our programs; however, it is incumbent upon the participant to complete and submit all pertinent ICF credential requirements with their applications. This program is coming soon and pending ICF Level II approval.
These programs are designed for Human Resources, all Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and learning Professionals and Organizational Development/Effectiveness and Change Professionals. This program is a subset of our Coaching for Impact I program. It delivers the fundamentals of coaching for those that wish to incorporate coaching into their daily responsibilities.

Customized to enhance coach competency for Human Resources, Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development Professions.
To enroll in one of the above programs, students must meet the criteria listed below.
Student Requirements:
Education: Associates / Bachelor’s degree (desired, not required)
Work Experience: 3 years in a professional environment

Payment Policy
$500 nonrefundable deposit required to hold space. This amount is counted toward the total balance. Balance must be paid by first day of class.
Tuition covers: Materials, instruction, and mentor coaching.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Right to Rescind: Students have the right to rescind your enrollment and receive a refund. You must exercise in writing within three (3) business days from the day you submit your purchase.
If withdrawal occurs after the 3-day period, monies paid can be applied to future enrollment in a course.
Missed Class Policy
Attendance is an essential component to student success. Archives of each session is readily available to students if a class must be missed. Students may miss a total of two sessions with no makeup required. If more than two classes are missed, students are required to make up the missed class with a different cohort and submit a signed class make-up form.
