We offer a complement of coaching services including one-to-one coaching for individuals, managers, and executives.
Our training programs have been designed with the student coach in mind. Each program is highly interactive and participants leave confident and ready to apply their new skills.
Our consultancy services are designed to meet your individual objectives. Our approach includes comprehensive data-gathering techniques that may include customized surveys, focus groups, individual interviews to identify gaps and opportunities. Our findings are analyzed and result in a comprehensive report with relevant recommendations.
C4I is a comprehensive coach training program. It is designed for participants pursuing their ICF ACC credential or wish to establish strong coaching competency.
This program is facilitator led and delivered via Zoom, across sixteen 3.5-hour classes. In addition, this course includes: Group and Individual Mentor Coaching (7 hours group + 3 hours individual) Reflection, reading and peer homework assignments (~20 hours) A minimum of 5 observed coaching sessions with feedback Several opportunities to coach and to be coached Periodic knowledge checks
To enroll in one of the above programs, students must meet the criteria listed below. Student Requirements: Education: bachelor’s degree Work Experience: 3 years in a professional environment Commitment to: Developing a Coaching Mindset Active participation in throughout the course and within the cohort Contributing to a positive class environment
Coaching for Impact is transformative and highly recommended. In addition to delivery of an excellent educational experience, the program allows individuals to open to their own internal resources while they are in presence with their coaching clients.
One of the outstanding elements of the program was the opportunity offered to gain hands-on coaching experience. All members of the class cohort coached from the first week under the watchful eye of the Robertson Coaching Team. While these sessions included hands on instruction, the sessions were held in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
Topics delivered in the sessions were challenging, relatable, well-constructed, and informed the practice sessions. Multiple sessions with well-known Master Professional Coaches demonstrated examples of successful coaching in action. Follow up discussion with each guest coach provided additional insights and examples for the students as they envision their future as a successful coach.
